Delivery & Core Return
At Orient Engine we know how important it is for you to receive your engine as quickly as possible. We also understand how important it is for you to receive your core deposit back in a timely manner. In order to insure you prompt service, we have instituted the following procedures. Payment
Engine shipments must be prepaid; we gladly accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
Cash and company check shipments must be pre-approved by our accounting
department.
Shipping
Engines will be delivered by common carrier or picked up at our warehouse.
Engine prices include all freight. Most deliveries will be made in one to
three days, depending upon your location. We do not provide for lift gate truck
fees. Any lift gate fees will be added to your invoice.
Core Returns
When your core is ready to return, call or contact our customer service
department. We will arrange for a truck line to pick up your core as soon as
possible. Core return checks or charge card credits will be issued upon receipt of a complete, rebuildable core. Full credit cores will
be as follows. Cores must be like-for-like exchanges.
·Cores must be fully assembled and
complete.
·Cores must be completely drained of fluids and oil filters removed.
·Cores must be bolted to the original shipping pallet.
·Cores must be free of any visible holes or cracks for full credit.
